Caesar's Temperance Society is a hospitality-based organization
dedicated to promoting moderation in the consumption of intoxicants.
We are a fellowship of men and women who meet weekly to share our
experiences with each other in a brief reprieve from the ubiquity of
alcohol in New York City's restaurant and bar industry.
Complete abstinence from alcohol consumption is not advocated
or required, but wine and spirits are neither served nor consumed while
meetings are in progress.
There are no fees nor dues for CTS membership; we are self-
supporting through our own contributions. Furthermore, CTS is not
affiliated with any external denomination, politic, institution or cause.
